Rhythm and Blu is a stylistic, music-driven romantic dramedy that follows Blu, a quirky, emotionally guarded standardized patient fresh off a devastating breakup, and Duke, a charming aspiring music producer with dreams of owning his own label. After a hilariously chaotic meet-cute in a record store, the two fall into a whirlwind romance soundtracked by Black love songs-past and present. But every great mixtape has its skips. As their love story unfolds, we dive into their exes, insecurities , and emotional baggage, all narrated by a sharp-tongued Cupid-esque guide. Through mixtapes, poetry nights, and slow jams, Rhythm and Blu asks:​
